Think you know everything about Bethenny Frankel? Think again. The star of Real Housewives of New York City made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Wednesday night (May 24). On the show, she admitted that she used to date Jennifer Lopez’s now boyfriend Alex Rodriguez. She also set the rumors straight about her relationship with Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet.
Bethenny Frankel and Eric Stonestreet were Andy Cohen’s guests on Watch What Happens Live on Wednesday. Bethenny Frankel knows pretty much how the show works. Eric Stonestreet was new to the club house. And he found out pretty quickly that nothing was off the table. The two stars were asked by an audience member if they ever dated, a rumor that started in July 2015.
Both of them refused to answer, sipping on their drinks instead. Bethenny Frankel decided that it was a question that Eric Stonestreet should answer. The actor admitted that there could have been sparks when they first met, but both decided that they make better friends. Then, he added that Bethenny Frankel is a “wonderful kisser,” reports Page Six.
This wasn’t the first time that Bethenny Frankel has been asked about her relationship with Eric Stonestreet. She was previously asked about him on WWHL in August of 2015.
She admitted that the two are just friends and didn’t want to deny or confirm the dating rumors. Maybe because she felt it wouldn’t be fair to him since he wasn’t there to defend himself. She went on to call him an “awesome guy” and said that he was sleeping over her place later that night.
He was making a joke when she admitted that she used to date baseball player Alex Rodriguez. She said that the two went out on a couple of dates. But, she wasn’t sure of Andy Cohen’s question at first. Bethanny Frankel asked what he meant by “used to date.” Then, she admitted that they went out on two dates, but never hooked up.
Andy didn’t want her to stop there. He wanted to know if A-Rod was a good kisser. Bethanny Frankel said she “honestly couldn’t remember.” Both Andy and the audience took the remark as shade. But, Bethenny looked straight-faced at everyone. She admits that she doesn’t remember kissing the athlete.
