Celebrity Big Brother US Spoilers: Real Housewives Banned From Upcoming Celebrity Series

Celebrity Big Brother US spoilers indicate that series producers are looking to ban Real Housewives stars from joining the show. That’s because they don’t want anyone with previous reality television show experience entering the house for the celebrity version of the long-running CBS series.

Reports say that Big Brother producers want to stay away from celebrities who have appeared on reality television shows. Instead, they want to have real celebrities and artists who are not used to having a camera follow them all throughout the day.

If this is true, then it means that stars like Blac Chyna, Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola and even Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag will be banned from joining the show, too. Blac Chyna previously appeared on her own reality show called Rob and Chyna on the E! network. Sammi Giancola was on MTV’s The Jersey Shore for several seasons while Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have appeared on a handful of reality shows, including the British version of Celebrity Big Brother.

CBBUS producers have made it no secret that they want bigger and better names to join their show this season. That also means that they don’t want any D-list Real Housewives. There’s a possibility that former chart topper Lance Bass might join along with Saturday Night Live star Bobby Moynihan. What’s more, former Hollywood actor Gary Busey and even NBA star Dennis Rodman have been tipped to join the cast.

Yet, Dennis previously appeared on The Apprentice back in 2013 while Gary Busey has been on a number of different shows, including Celebrity Fit Club and Celebrity Paranormal Project. At this point, it might be hard for CBBUS producers to find celebrity contestants that haven’t been on any previous reality competition shows in the past.

Yet, Big Brother host Julie Chen promised that this upcoming season is going to be full of unexpected twists and surprises. She also said that the network would also be looking to cast alternative celebrities like bloggers, social media superstars and brand influencers on the show. The season is expected to last about six weeks. Viewers will just have to tune in to see exactly what will happen and who will be on the show!

Celebrity Big Brother US will debut on Wednesday, February 7 at 8pm EST on the CBS network. Also, don’t forget to check back with CDL for all the latest news, updates and spoilers on Celebrity Big Brother US and all of your favorite primetime television shows right here.
