Dancing with the Stars Season 24 has been vicious. The long-running competition series has been shaken up by a shocking elimination that happened weeks ago. Heather Morris was off the show for having the lowest votes even though she’s a pro and was a backup dancer for Beyoncé. Now, all eyes are on the remaining four contestants – retired Chicago Cubs player David Ross, Fifth Harmony singer Normani Kordei, Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, and NFL star Rashad Jennings.
But, what about the final three? Who will be left standing in the finales? Fans of the show predict that Val Chmerkovskiy and Normani Kordei, Sasha Farber and Simone Biles, and Emma Slater and Rashad Jennings could round out the top three. Still, anything could happen, as seen in previous weeks. Some assumed that figure skater Nancy Kerrigan would have at least been in the top four. Some viewers predicted that former Bachelor star Nick Viall would have gone home, but he only stuck around until last week.
Rashad Jennings was the underdog from the start. No one assumed that he would have been a great dancer. And while Len Goodman still picks on him for his footwork, he’s had solid scores and dances ever since he started. Normani Kordei could also win the Mirrorball Trophy thanks to her hard work and determination.
The songstress has battled jetlag and a world tour to get her way to the semi-finales. She was determined to show that she could practice no matter what was in her way. Normani has blown away the audience week after week with her performances. The singer really hasn’t had any bad performances.
Simone Biles has been successful as well. This week, however, was a particularly stressful week for her. After receiving criticism from the judges for smiling too much, they wondered why she was not smiling. Biles said, “Smiling doesn’t give you gold medals.” The reason from Biles’ frustration is from the fact that she and Sasha have been in the same spot in the leaderboard for most of Season 24 despite their solid dances.
The team have been trying hard to knock team Valmani (Normani and Val) out of the No. 1 spot, but haven’t been successful as of yet. Fans will have to wait until next week to see if it’s possible for them.
