Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Chad (Billy Flynn) will be feeling pretty low after all the drama with Abigail (Marci Miller). He just doesn’t understand why Abigail is tearing their family apart. Chad has lingering feelings for Gabi (Camila Banus), but he’s trying to work through them. He felt like he would be able to let go of Gabi down the road.
Unfortunately, Abigail doesn’t buy the idea that Chad can just forget his connection with the beautiful Hernandez. Gabi’s comments in Chad’s yearbook convinced her that. Abigail believes she needs to set her husband free and that’s exactly what she’s doing.
Of course, Days of Our Lives has done a complete overhaul of the show’s history with this storyline. They’re basically glossing over Gabi’s shadiness when they younger. Chad was more interested in other girls back then. Besides, they were just teenagers. Baseball memories can’t compete with Abigail and Chad’s epic love story.
As adults, Abigail has always been Chad’s one and only. Days of Our Lives fans know Abby is Chad’s soul mate, but she just can’t accept it. The good news is Abigail will realize she was wrong sooner or later. The bad news is “Chabby” will face plenty of sorrow in the meantime.
Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Chad will prepare a romantic evening for Abigail. He’ll hope he can convince her that they’re meant to be together. Alas, Chad’s magical night won’t pay off. Abigail will forge ahead with her plan to build a new life for herself.
Even if Chad refuses to be with Gabi, Abigail doesn’t feel like he can love her with all his heart. She doesn’t think that’s fair to either of them. DOOL spoilers say Abigail will be adamant that they should go their separate ways. That means she’s leaving behind her job at DiMera Enterprises as well.
Luckily, a new position will open up at the police station. Abigail will apply for it and hope that she gets hired. She’ll believe a fresh start in her career will help her as she moves on. Abigail will certainly do whatever she can to stay out of Chad’s orbit. She’ll want to avoid any additional pain.
