Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) will have a chance to see Will (Chandler Massey) in the flesh again. Sami (Alison Sweeney) and the others tried to be careful about how much they revealed. They didn’t want to give Lucas false hope, so they had to proceed with caution. Lucas is in a very fragile state of mind, so he could’ve spiraled out of control.
Thankfully, Lucas will get a brief break from his train wreck of a life. Things could be looking up for him at last. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Lucas will spot Will and discover that he’s not hallucinating this time. He’ll be shocked when he actually gazes in Will’s eyes and hears him speak.
Will still won’t remember his life back in Salem, so he’ll be overwhelmed by all the love he receives. It’ll be hard since Will doesn’t feel much of a connection to these people. Nevertheless, it probably won’t matter to Lucas in that first moment. He’ll just be overjoyed to see that Will’s truly alive.
Seeing Will in the morgue was brutal for Lucas. He’ll feel like he can finally replace that DOOL memory with a happier one. Lucas will never forget the day he reunited with Will. Days spoilers indicate that Will will try to remember his father and the rest of his family. Unfortunately, it’ll be a real struggle.
Will’s going to need some help if he wants to get his memories back. He’ll feel drawn to Marlena (Deidre Hall) since she’s so calm and rational. Marlena is certainly not the crying, raging mess that Sami’s been in Memphis! She’s not the emotional drunk that Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) has become either.
Marlena will promise to do what she can for her grandson. She’ll hypnotize Will and hope for the best. The bad news is it won’t really pan out. The good news is there are plenty of other strategies to try. Days spoilers say Sami will carry out a very controversial plan next week.
In the meantime, Lucas will mull over the latest developments. Will he be able to turn his life around? Will having his son back give Lucas some hope for the future?
