Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, December 25, tease that Christmas morning will bring many surprises. Look for several families to celebrate across town. Salem’s kids will get a chance to see what Santa brought them and the adults will have some fun gift exchanges, too.
However, a few Salemites will get the present of a lifetime. Days spoilers reveal that Theo (Kyler Pettis) will finally awaken in his hospital bed. He’ll come out of his coma and fill Abe’s (James Reynolds) heart with joy. Theo has a long recovery ahead of him, but waking up is a great first step. Abe will be incredibly relieved when his son opens his eyes at last.
Naturally, Abe will make a call to Lani (Sal Stowers). He’ll want to let her know about the wonderful change in Theo’s condition. Lani will probably be in bed mulling over her love session with Eli (Lamon Archey). They were both looking for a way to escape the pain of JJ (Casey Moss) and Gabi’s (Camila Banus) hookup, which actually wasn’t a hookup at all.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Lani will rush over to see Theo, so Eli will find something else to do. It appears he’ll confront Gabi about sleeping with JJ. Eli will be prepared to rip into her, but Gabi will explain the innocence of last night. She was just trying to save JJ’s life and her efforts paid off.
Once Eli realizes this was all a huge misunderstanding, he’ll feel terrible about having sex with Lani. Eli admitted that he had feelings for her when she was with JJ and he certainly enjoyed what happened between them. Nevertheless, DOOL spoilers say Eli will hate that he thought the worst of Gabi. He’ll decide to hide the truth, but plans will change eventually.
There’ll be some consequences thanks to this one-night stand. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Lani will find out she’s pregnant down the road. Since she hasn’t been with JJ for a while, she won’t be able to lie her way out of this mess. Lani and Eli will have a lot to talk about pretty soon.
