Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, September 18, tease that Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) will break down over Will’s (Chandler Massey) sudden appearance. He’ll cry about how much he’s missed his son since his tragic death. Lucas will let out all his anger and frustration as well. He feels like his life has been a constant battle with loss.
After Lucas gets a few things off his chest, he’ll get some tough love from his vision. Will won’t think Lucas is dealing with his emotions correctly. He’ll acknowledge that Lucas is in pain, but alcohol isn’t the answer. As Will disappears once again, Lucas will keel over from this the blow of another goodbye.
Meanwhile, Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) will have a difficult conversation about their mutual loved one. They’ll try to figure out how they can get through to Lucas. It’s clear that Lucas needs help, but he just won’t take it.
Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Jennifer and Kate will end up at St. Luke’s later. They’ll be stunned when they spot Lucas passed out on the floor. After they rush to his side, they’ll call 911 and get him to the hospital ASAP. Kate and Jen will share some tearful moments over Lucas’ latest ordeal.
Elsewhere, Days spoilers say Lucas’ words will ring in Sonny’s (Freddie Smith) ears. Paul (Christopher Sean) told him he shouldn’t pay any attention to the drunk, but Sonny will mull over what Lucas said anyway. He’ll wonder if Will would still be alive if he hadn’t turned his back on him.
Sonny won’t feel comfortable opening up to Paul just yet, especially since Paul was the one Will cheated with. Days spoilers hint that Sonny will rely on Chad (Billy Flynn) instead. These two are close friends, so Chad will be glad to offer advice and support. He’ll hope to assist Sonny as he faces his complicated feelings.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Abigail (Marci Miller) will have a chat with Gabi (Camila Banus). She’ll want her to know that she’s sorry for awkward wedding situation. DOOL fans could see that Gabi was pretty upset about the double nuptials. Abigail will do her best to handle all this as gently as possible.
