Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sonny (Freddie Smith) will face a difficult situation. As his wedding draws near, Sonny will naturally reflect on his previous one. He loved Will (Chandler Massey) with all his heart, even if their relationship got off track toward the end.
Part of Sonny will always love Will, but he’s finally found happiness again with Paul (Christopher Sean). Days spoilers say Sonny will try to cling to that, but tragic memories should make it tough. He’ll decide he needs to get a few things off his chest before tying the knot.
Next week, Chad (Billy Flynn) will listen as Sonny opens up about his devastating loss. He’ll admit that he still misses Will every day. Sonny may wonder what would’ve happened if Will’s life hadn’t been cut short. He’ll probably feel like they would’ve worked out their issues.
After all, Will called to apologize right before his gruesome murder. He vowed to repair the damage, but he never got the chance. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chad will get how hard this must be. He had a rough time when he thought Abigail (Marci Miller) was gone forever.
Fortunately, Chad got Abby back and Sonny will get Will back as well. Of course, that’s going to turn his romance with Paul upside down. Before we get to that DOOL drama, Sonny will have a little more contemplating to do. He’ll wrestle with his thoughts, especially after Lucas’ (Bryan Dattilo) ordeal at the church.
Lucas won’t be the only one who gets a visit from Will in vision form. Days spoilers reveal that Sonny will also have an unsettling dream. Once Will makes that appearance, it’ll leave Sonny questioning his decision to move on.
Perhaps Will’s going to ask why Sonny gave up on him. Sonny understandably assumes Will is dead, but a statement like that would certainly be disturbing. Regardless, Sonny will do his best to ignore his doubts and prepare to marry Paul. He’ll tell himself that it’s just pre-wedding jitters, but this is a strong premonition.
Once Will actually reenters the picture, Sonny will have to make an excruciating choice. Will he choose to stay with Paul or get back together with Will?
