Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, November 16, tease that JJ (Casey Moss) will reel over his latest memory. After returning to the square, JJ kept replaying the shooting in his mind. He’s been adamant that he never saw Theo’s (Kyler Pettis) face, but it turns out he was wrong.
JJ now recalls seeing Theo’s mug in the dark. His brain still didn’t put everything together in that moment, so it really doesn’t change the fact that he didn’t know it was Theo. However, JJ will undoubtedly feel the need to come clean about this memory and that could lead to more trouble.
Deep down, Abe (James Reynolds) must understand that JJ wouldn’t have pulled the trigger if he’d truly recognized Theo. Why would JJ want to hurt Lani’s (Sal Stowers) brother? JJ simply reacted to the gun he thought was in Theo’s hand. Nevertheless, Abe is dealing with plenty of anger and the news should make matters worse eventually.
While JJ mulls over this development, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will have some crushing updates for Theo’s family. Days spoilers say Kayla will fill Abe and the others in on Theo’s condition. It sounds like Theo will be out of surgery, but things may not have gone as well as Valerie (Vanessa Williams) hoped.
One of Theo’s final scenes was leaked a while back. It showed that Theo will be bed-ridden in the hospital down the road. He’ll leave for some sort of special treatment, so whatever Kayla shares now can’t be good. Perhaps the bullet did more damage than they previously thought – or Valerie had a surgery disaster. We certainly can’t rule out paralysis based on the clues in Theo’s DOOL exit.
Regardless, Abe and Lani will be devastated by Kayla’s admission. They’ll try to be thankful that Theo’s alive, but this is still going to be brutal. Elsewhere, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) will get some support. Eric (Greg Vaughan) will step up to help his friend when she needs him most.
Other Days spoilers state that Tripp (Lucas Adam) will face a shocker. Kate (Lauren Koslow) will blackmail Tripp in hopes of keeping her involvement in Theo’s crime under wraps.
