Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, December 12, tease that Rafe (Galen Gering) and Sami (Alison Sweeney) will have to think fast. Hope (Kristian Alfonso) just walked in at exactly the wrong moment. Sami got Hope’s engagement ring stuck on her finger, so she’ll try to stall until she can get it off.
Luckily, Sami will resolve the situation sooner or later. Once Rafe has the ring back, he’ll propose to Hope again and try to put that night with Sami behind him. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Hope will happily accept Rafe’s offer of marriage. She’ll insist that it’s really going to happen this time.
Hope’s ready to commit, but that’s only because she believes there are no more secrets between them. She’ll have to reevaluate once she finds out about Rafe and Sami’s tryst. Stick with Days to see when Hope will finally get a clue.
Meanwhile, Rafe will face a serious warning. DOOL fans know Doug (Bill Hayes) can be very protective of Hope. He’s not interested in watching her heart get broken again. Doug will have a private conversation with Rafe so they can get a few things straight. He’ll make it clear that Rafe’s going to stop hurting Hope – or else.
Of course, that could be a problem since Rafe’s secret is a ticking timebomb. Across town, Eric (Greg Vaughan) will try to help JJ (Casey Moss) deal with all his guilt. Ever since the shooting, JJ’s been a total mess. He’s headed down a dark path, so he obviously needs someone to step up for him.
Eric will share his thoughts on JJ’s ordeal and offer some tips to get him through it. Unfortunately, JJ just won’t be able to pick himself up and move on yet. His mindset’s going to get worse before it gets better.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Abe (James Reynolds) will ask for Eli’s (Lamon Archey) opinion. He’ll wonder if Eli thinks JJ is to blame for Theo’s (Kyler Pettis) shooting. At some point on Tuesday, Gabi (Camila Banus) and Eli will have another faceoff. She’ll defend JJ once more and hope she can make Eli see this from all angles.
