General Hospital Spoilers: Charred Manuscript Shocker - P.K. Sinclair's 'The Severed Branch' Reveals Jason and Drew Secrets

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is an even worse liar than she is a bad criminal – which is surprising, considering she is the daughter of criminal mastermind Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) and “Mad Scientist” Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

GH spoilers show that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) continue to question Britt, who seems to be more than willing to turn herself into the police, seemingly tired of living life on the run. She appears to be complacent with them, claiming to not know what has happened to Jason and his twin brother Drew Cain (Billy Miller) – but when Jason discovers the barely charred transcript in the fire, something isn’t really adding up.

Britt told Sonny that her father just threw that into the fire just as he was leaving town – but if GH fans remember, it was a few days prior to this that Dr. O placed that call to Faison, telling him to leave because “people” were looking for him. Faison wouldn’t wait a few days before leaving.

Which then brings up the question as to whether Faison was even in Port Charles at all – because we know that Liesl would never pass up the chance to see her beloved Faison, and Faison would never miss out on checking up on his obsession, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

General Hospital spoilers tease that since Faison is a criminal genius, he would never be so careless as to dump a transcript into a fireplace as he was running out a door – this is something an amateur like Britt would do. Dr. O placed another mysterious call after she called Faison, saying she needed that person – so it is pretty clear that she reminded Britt that she owed her a favor.

GH buzz says Dr. Obrect made Britt return to Port Charles and get rid of vital information that was stored at the apartment when Sonny and Jason burst in and found her – not giving her enough time to properly dispose of all the evidence.

We have followed the clues and everything points to Liesl being deeply involved with the twin memory mapping study. With Faison’s pen name, P.K. Sinclair, on the cover of the manuscript, ‘The Severed Branch,’ savvy General Hospital fans know that this document contains critical information – perhaps in code. On Tuesday’s new GH episode, December 12, Sonny will bring the charred doc to Anna for help.

Does ‘The Severed Branch’ contain the mind mapping formula or information about people involved in the study? Could this charred manuscript provide clues that finally expose everything that has happened to Jason and Drew? How will Dr. O react to Britt turning herself into the PCPD, or is this all part of their sinister plan?
