General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, May 25 reveal that danger is about to rock the 2017 Nurses Ball. Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) is looking around when Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) approaches and asks if there’s a problem. Neither realizes their daughter is backstage and in serious trouble. The Chimera has been unleashed.
Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) has activated the Chimera and she and Emma Drake (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) are staring at the pretty lights when Jake Webber (Hudson West) runs backstage yelling for them to stop, but it’s too late. General Hospital spoilers warn that the project has been activated and that means everyone’s lives are at risk.
How long until Valentin realizes his kid is in trouble because of what he sold Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers)? This night will be one Valentin lives to regret. Also backstage, Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) has stage fright and Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) reassures her that she will be great. They perform an inspired number together that has a cool 1950s vibe.
Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) and Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) talk about the necklace and Jason says it’s can’t be a coincidence that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) had a Chimera necklace and Jake has been drawing it, plus he saw the symbol on Cassadine Island. General Hospital spoilers tease that Jason and Griffin will realize very soon that things at the ball have gone off the deep end.
Griffin brings Jason up to speed on the evil twin angle while Anna is pleased that Valentin finally told her he sold the Chimera to Helena and she makes a call to report that she thinks she knows where it is. Does Anna think the device is back in Greece hidden away at the Cassadine lair? But the Chimera isn’t the only danger that’s coming to the Ball as it winds down.
Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) makes a major discovery and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) finally loops Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) in on the updates on Ava Jerome (Maura West). Sonny says he knows why Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) had a bipolar meltdown. CarSon goes gunning for Ava, but has she already made her escape?
Backstage, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) alerts Ava that Sonny knows everything and warns her that she needs to get out of there now. Ava takes off but new General Hospital spoilers shows us that Carly and Sonny catch up with Ava on the pier in a warehouse and the confrontation will be fiery. Also Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) oversteps with Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) and then he takes offense.
Curtis tells Jordan that he thinks she sees him as not good enough for her. But then all hell breaks loose at the ball as a third party realizes the Chimera is there and invades looking for the device. Rumor has it these men work for Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). A fistfight breaks out after Sonny and Carly leave chasing Ava. Valentin and Jason both fight off the invaders.
