General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that secrets could cause big problems in Port Charles. When Nelle (Chloe Lanier) went down to the pier, she saw Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna (Finola Hughes) together. Instead of stirring up trouble in her boss’ marriage, Nelle lied that Valentin was alone. She told Nina (Michelle Stafford) that she had nothing to worry about.
Will Nina be lulled into a false sense of security or will something happen to raise her suspicions again? Regardless, General Hospital spoilers warn there are going to be issues. Nina could eventually be blindsided if she catches Anna and Valentin in a compromising position. Plus, Nelle could land in hot water for her lies if Valentin ever admits to meeting Anna.
Of course, that drama could be minor compared to what Anna has in store for Valentin. General Hospital viewers see that it’s clear that Anna isn’t quite herself. She doesn’t seem to recognize people she knows and recently appeared to be out of the loop on her own health. Most General Hospital buzz suggests that Anna is actually her twin, Alex (Finola Hughes), but now some new hints are being thrown in the mix.
General Hospital just showed Anna wearing a chimera necklace, which she removed and handed to Valentin. She asked Valentin if it looked familiar. Meanwhile, Jason (Billy Miller) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) had a huge break in the Jake (Hudson West) case. They found a chimera drawing after a spill pried two pages apart in Helena’s (Constance Towers) book.
Jake also added a chimera on his timeline, so this is obviously important news. There are some major connections happening on General Hospital. Jake’s history has always had some references to The Wizard of Oz. He drew a scarecrow and played with characters from the story in Andre’s (Anthony Montgomery) office. Jake indicated that the witch and the scarecrow were friends in his version.
Now General Hospital is throwing in the chimera, which is part lion. This hybrid animal must symbolize something significant in Jake’s past. It could be a clue about Anna (or Alex’s) mission as well. A recent General Hospital Facebook post noted that “Homer first introduced the world to the creature called chimera in The Illiad. The beast is more often than not a female and almost always breathes fire.”
It sounds like some excitement is brewing on the ABC soap. General Hospital viewers will want to stay tuned for the chaos ahead. We’ll give you updates as other details emerge. Stick with GH and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest General Hospital spoilers, updates and news.
