General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that what transpired on a recent episode between Anna and Dr. Obrecht foretells a great character’s return to Port Charles. GH buzz suggests that an epic battle of the baddies is on: Faison vs. Valentin 1.0! Is Melty Face Faison (Anders Hove) en route to Port Charles to take down Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and his insufferable smirk? It’s a done deal if a recent phone call proves too good to be true!
The throw down begins when superspy Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) asks Evil Dr. Liesel Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) for help in taking down her tormentor. Valentin has just paid her a visit with an offer she can’t refuse: squash the beef between us or else!
General Hospital spoilers tell us that eerie encounter with Valentin precipitated what is to follow in coming new GH episodes leading up to May Sweeps. Unwilling to accept his terms, Anna asks Obrecht of all people for help. It’s hard to figure out who in this foursome has acted more despicably: Anna ordered a hit on Valentin, Valentin hatched a stolen embryo baby, Faison is an international villain, and Obrecht is in love with Faison!
Anyway, ensconced in her new mansion with tea and smiles, Anna tells her arch enemy Obrecht that she needs intel on Valentine. Obrecht demurs but Anna goes for the red meat: surely Faison knows something! Obrecht informs Miss Thing that Faison has finally gotten over Anna and doesn’t need to be reminded of his dysfunctional obsession. Is this true, or just wishful thinking on Dr. Obrecht’s part?
In the end the mad scientist is unable to resist the lure of having Anna owe her, and Obrecht finally concedes that she can contact Faison on one condition: that all charges against Faison (and Britt) are dropped. Anna can’t take that bet, and reminds the good doc that Valentin is married to her niece, and it’s a only matter of time before he harms her baby!
Later Obrecht picks up her phone and tells whoever is on the other end that the last person he could imagine needs his help. What could Faison have on Valentin, and will he show up to collect his debt from the lovely Anna? Are you looking forward to seeing Faison back on the GH canvas.
