General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Jason (Steve Burton) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) will continue their mastermind hunt. Thanks to Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), the search just shifted in a new direction. Britt claims that Faison (Anders Hove) thought Jason was dead until a month ago. She suggested that he was furious when he discovered Jason had survived.
Britt’s not the most trustworthy character on GH, but it seems she’s telling the truth this time. Jason and Sonny were certainly intrigued by Britt’s side of the story. She indicated that Faison exploded over a traitor that double-crossed him again. Jason believes this traitor could still be nearby, so they need to move this investigation forward before he or she bolts.
General Hospital spoilers indicate that Jason will get a crucial lead in Monday’s episode. While Jason ponders the clue, Sonny will likely fill Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) in on what they’ve learned. It’d be good to get some backup on this. Anna (Finola Hughes) will be brought in the loop soon as well. Her past connection to Faison could help Jason and Sonny figure out who the traitor might be.
Let’s think about the statement that Britt passed along. She noted that Faison was double-crossed AGAIN. That could be an important hint. The traitor must be someone that earned Faison’s trust in the past and then betrayed it. Now this person has done it once more, so General Hospital may tie in some history here.
Helena (Constance Towers) is an option since she’s teamed up with Faison before and later turned against him. She’s also had a strong obsession with Jason over the years. Helena has always made it her mission to make Jason miserable. She could’ve wanted to make trouble for Drew (Billy Miller), too.
Of course, there are others who have betrayed Faison. General Hospital might even reveal some offscreen disloyalty that happened within the last few years. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is typically up to something, so he might be a contender.
The same is true for people we don’t know very well yet. Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) and Peter (Wes Ramsey) are awfully shady. Even if they’re not responsible, one of them might be in the loop something. Kim (Tamara Braun) also seems to know more than she’s letting on.
The kidnapper search is heating up, so it won’t be long until the traitor’s identity comes to light. GH viewers won’t want to miss all the shockers ahead.
