General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) has had enough of Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and it looks like she’s walking away from that complicated relationship even though she loves him.
Finn won’t like it when he’s lost Hayden but it seems her mind is made up. In fact, it was her sister Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) that encouraged Hayden to step away from Finn. Liz shared with Hayden some harsh truth from her life.
Hayden was looking for hope from Liz when she talked to her about Finn’s behavior but was stunned when Liz told her that Lucky Spencer’s (Jonathan Jackson) addiction wrecked their relationship. Liz’s talk with Hayden left her with little hope.
Liz was shocked and a bit upset to see her new sister had a bruise on her wrist where Finn had grabbed her too hard while in the midst of his detox. But as Hayden said, a bruise will heal but what Finn said is what really wounded Hayden.
General Hospital spoilers say that Hayden is hurting and wants distance. The problem is she works at GH and spoilers reveal Finn will be back to work soon instead of going to rehab like everyone has told him to do. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) advised Finn that his struggle isn’t over.
Instead of treating his addiction completely, Finn decides to get back to work because he’s worried about his professional reputation. This puts him in the same place as Hayden and Liz. The two may be new sisters, but Liz is ready to fight to protect Hayden.
Liz will have some things to say to Finn about how he’s treated her sister and his apologies won’t mean anything to Liz. After all, Liz has been through all this with Lucky and she was done dirty time and again by her ex-husband when he was a druggie.
Not only will Liz tell Finn to stay clear of her sister but Liz will go out of her way to try and fix Hayden up with someone she thinks is better for her than Finn. General Hospital spoilers tease that leads Liz straight to Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen). Griffin is handsome and available.
Liz will try and make a love match between the hunky doc and her sister. If you compare Finn on drugs to shirtless Griffin, it’s no contest who’s hotter. Griffin may start out counseling and comforting Hayden but things could heat up from there.
With Liz encouraging Hayden to move on and trying to make Finn leave her sister alone, this could give Hayden a shot at new love if she can get Finn out of her mind. Liz had no issue with Finn before he turned out to be an addict – but now she does.
Despite their differences, there is no way Liz will let Finn treat Hayden like Lucky treated her. Don’t forget Finn also infected Hayden with a disease that almost killed her.
