General Hospital spoilers discuss Morgan’s return to GH and his attempt to reestablish his loving relationship with Kiki now that she’s with Dillon. Note to GH fans – Bryan Craig has made it abundantly clear that he plans to return to Port Charles and is negotiating with GH right now.
Morgan and Kiki [Bryan Craig and Hayley Erin] have had a tumultuous relationship — of that there is no doubt. They were part of a love triangle with Morgan’s brother Michael [Chad Duell]. They’ve been married; the marriage was annulled. Morgan had an affair with Kiki’s mother Ava [Maura West]. Unmedicated, Morgan began acting out until it was realized that he was bipolar.
Then Kiki caught him in a Corinthos warehouse having sex with Darby Collette (Jesica Ahlberg), which he swore was because he was unable to perform sexually. Kiki found this a strange statement, since he did seem to be performing quite well on that coffee crate. Kiki wastes no time in breaking up with him. And, as usual, she goes back to him.
To keep Morgan and Kiki apart, Ava tampered with his medication. Morgan lost control again, and now he is presumed dead. Of course General Hospital spoilers tell us that Sonny [Maurice Benard] is hot of the trail of Olivia Jerome [Tonja Walker] who he knows to be responsible for his beloved son’s death.
Kiki was attracted to Dillon [Robert Palmer Watkins] but fought it. After Morgan’s diagnosis, she felt that he needed her. Eventually she decided that Dillon was the man she really wanted. She was unable to break things off with Morgan because that very night, Morgan was involved in the car bomb incident
Kiki, guilt-ridden, pushed Dillon away. Since January 2017, however, the two have been an item.
What Kiki doesn’t know is that Morgan is not dead and will be returning to Port Charles. Bryan Craig is now in talks to reprise his role, most likely as a recurring character so that he can pursue film work. What will this do to her relationship with Dillon? Kiki’s heart has always been Morgan’s. There is a strong bond that remains. When Morgan returns, he will likely be on his medication again and stable. Instead of presenting himself to her as a volatile person who makes bad decisions, he will be the Morgan she loved.
If Kiki is smart, she will stay with Dillon. He has an even temperament, and he’s crazy about her. But something tells me Kiki loves the excitement of a “bad” boy, and as someone who loves Morgan, whether or not she is in love with him, she will want to be there for him. Of course, we don’t know if he will return with amnesia or has made some decisions about his life.
Given that Kiki is not Carly’s [Laura Wright] favorite person, this could cause problems for Morgan and Kiki, but Carly won’t be able to tell her son what to do. And where is Dillon in all this? Probably out in the cold, as he was previously. Kiki seems always to return to Morgan. What do you think? Is Morgan’s return going to cause a problem for Kiki and Dillon? Will they break up?
