General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Maxie (Kirsten Storms) will move forward with her latest plan. Out of sheer desperation, Maxie snatched a lock of Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) hair. She just wants to give Nathan (Ryan Paevey) some peace of mind, so she’s carrying out a new scheme.
Maxie will give the hair strand to Amy (Risa Dorken) and ask for some assistance. She’ll insist that Nathan is worried about the baby, so they have to do something. There are a couple of ways this plot could help Nathan out.
For starters, the test will let Nathan know if his blood is a match for the Cassadine clan. They can exclude Victor (Thaao Penghlis) as an option if the DNA test proves Valentin isn’t a relative. If the test confirms they’re related, Maxie might believe this will help Nathan accept Dr. Obrecht’s version of the truth.
However, Dr. O will make a major confession on Wednesday’s GH episode, December 27. It sounds like she’ll admit she lied to Nathan, but it’s doubtful she’ll give him the name he desires. Dr. Obrecht might contend that Nathan’s father is a terrible man. She could contend that neither one of them should know about each other.
Meanwhile, Amy will send the samples off to the lab and hope for the best. Nathan has been a good friend to her, so Amy will want to return the favor. Later, Maxie will share a bit too much with Dr. Obrecht. Will she fill Dr. O in on the test using Valentin’s DNA? That obviously wouldn’t be a great decision.
Once Dr. Obrecht hears what’s going on, she could manipulate the results. In an effort to stop Nathan from digging and learning who his real baby daddy is, Dr. O might make it look like Valentin is his father. She may believe he’s the lesser of two evils. Nathan’s dad must be one serious baddie if Valentin’s a decent alternative!
General Hospital spoilers hint that Nathan will reach the wrong conclusion on January 5. Will he fall for Dr. Obrecht’s next round of deception? Regardless, the true story has to come out sooner or later. Nathan will eventually find some clues that point him in the right direction, so stay tuned.
