General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason (Steve Burton) still have a few things to talk about. They’ve been struggling to open up to each other, but that could change down the road. On December 29, Sam will bump into Jason again. It’ll give them another chance to have a meaningful conversation.
Jason will decide to go a little deeper this time. He’ll go outside his comfort zone by sharing his feelings. General Hospital spoilers say Jason will open up about the sorrow he’s dealing with. He’ll have regrets about everything Sam went through because of him.
Jason may think if he’d been willing to walk away from risks like Drew (Billy Miller), maybe none of this would’ve happened. Sam might suggest that this wasn’t Jason’s fault. She may contend that he wouldn’t be Jason if he ran from danger. Jason is a bold risktaker and there’s no changing that.
GH spoilers hint that we could see a charged moment between them. Will the time finally be right for a passionate kiss? You know it’s coming eventually. It might as well be on New Year’s Eve – at least Port Charles’ early version. They’ll have to celebrate a couple days ahead since New Year’s Eve falls on a Sunday.
Meanwhile, Drew’s car will sputter out somewhere. Once it breaks down, he could be stranded until he can get some help. Of course, this could also be an evil setup. Drew could be scooped up and help hostage by someone desperate to keep secrets.
Either way, Drew may not be around to give Sam a New Year’s Eve smooch. Depending on the state of their relationship in that episode, Sam may think Drew bailed on meeting up with her. She could end up feeling hurt and alone.
Will Jason comfort Sam when Drew’s not around? Will this be a turning point for Jason and Sam? It’s clear that there’s still a strong “JaSam” connection, so changes could be looming in this love triangle. We’ll give you updates as other General Hospital news comes in.
