General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sam (Kelly Monaco) will be distraught over her own actions. A magical moment with Jason (Steve Burton) will lead to plenty of regrets. Soon after their New Year’s Eve lip lock, Sam will battle guilt and fear.
Despite her growing desires for Jason, Sam just won’t be willing to walk away from Drew (Billy Miller). She’ll try to tell herself that the kiss was simply a mistake. Of course, Sam will be unbelievably torn deep down. She feels a familiar spark when she’s with Jason and it’s downright intoxicating.
Sam obviously loves Drew as well, but Jason’s pull is stronger than she expected. It’ll be tough for Sam to resist Jason after this, but that’s what she’ll resolve to do. General Hospital spoilers say Sam will maintain that Drew’s the man she wants. She’ll tell Drew, Jason, Carly (Laura Wright) and anyone else who will listen.
Jason may be bummed after getting a little taste of his former flame. Reuniting with Sam would be a dream come true, but he’ll be out of luck for now. Jason may view the smooch as a poignant goodbye. GH fans can expect Sam to become even more devoted to Drew over the next couple weeks. She’ll probably overcompensate in light of the New Year’s Eve kiss.
Nevertheless, Sam can’t run from her feelings indefinitely. She can try to steer clear of Jason, but that plan isn’t going to pan out. Port Charles isn’t that big, so they’re bound to bump into each other as usual. Temptation could be lurking around every corner.
Sooner or later, Jason and Sam will have to address the passion they’re dealing with. Sam needs to acknowledge that she’s still in love with Jason, even if she doesn’t want a full-fledged reunion. However, some Drew developments could certainly make a “JaSam” reunion possible. He’ll discover some facts about his past that could change the game.
As dark details emerge, Sam may have to rethink things a bit. The situation could start to shift down the road. For now, Sam will reject Jason and renew her determination to marry Drew. She’ll worry about what it would do to her husband if she left him. Sam won’t know how she could handle losing Drew either.
Life’s hard when you’re in love with two men! Sam has some difficult choices ahead of her, but General Hospital viewers will love every minute of the angst.
