General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Jason (Steve Burton) and Drew (Billy Miller) will continue to get plenty of airtime in the months ahead. Many GH fans are loving the twists and turns of this storyline. There are definitely more shockers coming up, so the twins will have to deal with some challenges.
Steve Burton’s return to the ABC soap made all of this possible, so props to GH for making the deal. Burton was kind enough to do a Twitter chat recently and he offered some hints about what’s to come. He also chimed in on what’s going on behind the scenes, so let’s look at some of the tidbits he tweeted out.
One curious fan asked what Burton’s favorite part of returning to General Hospital was. Burton replied, “The cast and crew and you guys.” He’s obviously been having a blast on set with his costars and everyone else who makes this show possible.
Burton even took time to thank some viewers individually for their kind words. It’s nice when GH actors connect with their fans and let them know they appreciate all the love. A simple tweet can make a lucky viewer’s day.
Someone else decided to bring up Burton’s typical wardrobe as Jason. She asked, “For this go round, can Jason ditch the black tees and jeans?” This fan was hoping to see Jason in some dress shirts and slacks, but Burton just isn’t interested. He replied with “no thank you” and a smiley face. Stone Cold has to keep that signature look!
Next, Burton shared his opinion on the story he’s involved in. Somebody wondered if he’d thought about how all the twin drama should be resolved. “Not really,” said Burton. “The writers are killing it.” It seems Burton just trusts that the plot’s in capable hands. No point in worrying about it!
Burton indicated that we’ll see some scenes featuring Jason, Jake (Hudson West) and Danny (T.K. Weaver) soon. He said he’s shot great stuff with Billy Miller as well. It sounds like Jason and Drew have some gripping material coming up. There are certainly some issues for these brothers to work through.
Finally, Burton addressed the Sam (Kelly Monaco) situation. One fan asked, “Will Jason and Sam find their way back to each other???” Burton couldn’t give away too much, so his hint was to tell everyone to “stay tuned.” Still, the fact that he took time to reply to the question about Sam and Jason’s romantic future offers hope.
Burton didn’t have to say anything at all. By hinting that viewers should keep watching, it suggests there’s still a chance for “JaSam.” General Hospital spoilers say things are going to get messy!
