General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, December 28, tease that Jason (Steve Burton) will try to take himself out of Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) orbit. Sonny (Maurice Benard) will realize what’s up and urge Jason to admit it. They’ll debate what the future holds while Sam (Kelly Monaco) delivers the engagement news to Carly (Laura Wright).
Once Sam shows off her bling, Carly will pretend she’s happy for her. After congratulating Sam, Carly will get to work on a new plot. She’ll plan to push Sam and Jason together on New Year’s Eve, but that means Drew (Billy Miller) will suffer. Expect some intentional car troubles to derail Drew’s evening later this week.
As for Sonny, he could have another big problem to deal with. Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) will drop a real bomb on Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). She’ll contend that they need to get rid of Sonny, so she may want Valentin to carry out a deadly scheme.
You can bet that Valentin will try to avoid getting mixed up in this. He just wants to bring Cassandra down and be done with it, not get into a war with Sonny. At GH, Nelle (Chloe Lanier) will get checked out by Monica (Leslie Charleson). It looks like she’ll face a threat during the examination. Monica will undoubtedly see right past Nelle’s attempt to sweet-talk her.
Just outside, Drew will have a chat with Michael (Chad Duell). He’ll get updates on the baby drama and ask if Michael’s certain this is his kid. Michael doesn’t have confirmation on that, but he’ll find out the answer eventually. For now, he’ll hope he can get some family support and ease Nelle’s stress a bit. The baby’s health will be Michael’s priority.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Lulu (Emme Rylan) will be fired up and ready for another huge story. She’ll hope her next scoop to be just as exciting as the last one. Lulu will want Peter (Wes Ramsey) to trust her investigative skills and let her cover something hot. Maybe Peter will give her an assignment this time around. He could ask Lulu to learn more about the twin saga.
Across town, Anna (Finola Hughes) and Finn (Michael Easton) will have heated disagreement. They’ll clash over the remainder of their plot in Thursday’s episode. General Hospital spoilers say Finn will refuse to bail on Anna now. He’ll intend to see this through to the end. Anna will just have let Finn continue his efforts, even if it puts him in harm’s way.
