General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Thursday, July 27, tease that Michael (Chad Duell) and Carly (Laura Wright) will ponder a mystery. When Michael walks in, he’ll ask if everything’s OK with his dad. Carly may admit that she’s not sure. Sonny (Maurice Benard) hasn’t been in touch and she’s starting to get concerned.
Meanwhile, Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) will have some updates for Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). She’ll indicate that she received some news regarding his father. Dante will want the scoop ASAP. He’s been busy searching for Spencer (Nicholas Bechtel), but the kid is finally safe with Laura (Genie Francis). Now Dante can devote his time to finding the kidnapper and solving any other urgent cases.
Jordan might point out that Garvey is on the loose. There may even be some evidence that suggests he’s in Port Charles. GH fans know Garvey has indeed been stirring up trouble in PC. He snatched Spencer and took a bullet in a faceoff with Sonny. Garvey managed to sneak off once Sam (Kelly Monaco) showed up, but he’s ready to finish what he started.
When Garvey finds Sonny in the pit, he’ll place a tarp over it and bid him farewell. Vengeful Garvey will feel a real sense of satisfaction, but he’ll land in hot water before long. General Hospital spoilers reveal that Garvey will hold Liz (Rebecca Herbst) captive. He’ll begin to lose his grip on the situation as the rest of the story plays out.
Liz will grow fearful, but she’ll try to stay calm. One wrong move and Garvey could take her out. Luckily, General Hospital spoilers state that Carly will come to Liz’s rescue on next week’s new GH episodes. Until then, Sam’s condition will rapidly deteriorate. She’s in the middle of a seizure, but Jason (Billy Miller) will get her doctors in there pretty soon.
Finn (Michael Easton) will contend that Sam likely has toxoplasmosis encephalitis. He’ll note that Scout’s life could be danger, too. Griffin (Matt Cohen) will want to do a thorough examination of the baby right away. Once Finn and Griffin confirm their suspicions about Sam, they’ll work on treating her. It’ll take GH’s best and brightest to help Sam recover from this serious illness.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson) will be perplexed by Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) revelation. When he confesses that he’s no longer dating Jordan, Stella will wonder when they decided to call it quits. Curtis will undoubtedly try to spare Stella the guilt of knowing she’s to blame. She can’t stand Jordan, but she wouldn’t want her own health to be the reason for their split.
Will Stella figure out the truth? Will she eventually push Curtis to make his own choices? Let’s hope they can find a solution that gives all of them some peace.
