General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, May 4, tease that Tracy’s (Jane Elliot) loved ones will reel from her latest announcement. She just revealed that she’s leaving Port Charles and everyone is obviously in shock. Ned (Wally Kurth) will suggest that he can’t believe this. He won’t understand why Tracy wants to leave her family and friends.
Tracy will insist that she’s going to make a new life for herself somewhere else. She wants a fresh start and this is her chance to make it happen. General Hospital spoilers indicate that some tearful moments are coming up. Monica (Leslie Charleson) and Tracy may bicker a lot, but they still care about each other. Their bond will be on full display in Thursday’s episode.
General Hospital fans will also want to watch for a Luke (Anthony Geary) cameo. He’ll show up before Jane Elliot leaves General Hospital behind. Meanwhile, Amy (Risa Dorken) will be in a bind as she prepares for the Nurses’ Ball. Nathan (Ryan Paevey) will realize Amy is in over her head. He’ll quickly offer to assist with her event planning.
General Hospital spoilers hint that Amy will pick up on Nathan’s sadness. He’ll eventually open up about the problems in his marriage. Now that Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) trip has been extended, Nathan isn’t sure where things stand. He’ll wonder if there’s even room for him in Maxie’s life anymore. Amy may provide reassurance, but Nathan will still feel like his future is uncertain.
Across town, Carly (Laura Wright) will suspect that something strange is going on. She may notice the bizarre looks between Sonny (Maurice Bernard) and Martina (Daya Zaidya). As the tension revs up, Carly and Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) will get into an argument. Diane will ask what part of any of this surprises Carly. When it comes to divorce proceedings on General Hospital, people should expect the unexpected.
Elsewhere, Sonny will face off with his latest lover. He’ll get in Martina’s face and demand to know what kind of game she’s playing. Martina will seem terrified and who wouldn’t be? Sonny definitely isn’t someone you want to mess with.
Martina may contend that she had no idea her client was Sonny’s wife. Nevertheless, they can’t take back their bedroom romp.
