General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, August 9, tease that Hayden (Rebecca Budig) will try to get Jared (Matt Corboy) off her back. She’ll insist that she made the transaction and now he can go. Hayden will feel terrible about embezzling, but she’ll at least hope she can get Jared out of her hair.
Unfortunately, Jared’s drama isn’t over. He’ll give Hayden a cold glare and snarl that she’s about to have a big problem. Meanwhile, Nathan (Ryan Paevey) will also run into some trouble. His issues won’t be nearly as bad, but they’ll still be stressful.
Maxie (Kirsten Storms) will surprise Nathan when she shows up in Port Charles. She’ll ask if she can steal him away for a romantic lunch in the park. That sounds wonderful, but Nathan is keeping a huge secret. It looks like he may not be ready to come clean just yet. Maxie will get caught up on Nathan’s life, but she may suspect that she isn’t getting all the details.
At GH, Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) doctor will want to have a conversation with Kiki (Hayley Erin). Kiki will get a little nervous when she’s summoned for a meeting, but it seems this is actually good news. She’s apparently made quite an impression on the doc. Perhaps this will lead to some advancement opportunities for Kiki.
Elsewhere, Curtis (Donnell Turner) will be taken aback by Finn’s (Michael Easton) request. General Hospital spoilers say Finn will need someone to step up for him. He’ll contend that he can’t think of anyone he’d like better. Since Finn just asked Hayden to marry him before their trip, it appears he wants Curtis to be the best man.
Of course, there’s a good chance this marriage won’t happen. The walls are closing in on Hayden and her stint on General Hospital is wrapping up. Across town, Stella (Vernee Watson) will get a shock at the park. She’ll cry out as Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) jogs by in Wednesday’s episode.
This may have something to do with Felicia (Kristina Wagner) and Mac’s (John J. York) antics. Are they squeezing in some public sexy time to spice things up? Regardless, Felicia will feel like a teen in love again. She may face mild consequences for her actions, but maybe it’ll be worth it.
Valerie will help Stella deal with this potentially steamy crisis, but she’ll also take a moment to chat with Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins). When she hears how great his relationship is going, she’ll suggest that Dillion deserves some happiness. We’ll give you updates as other GH info comes in.
