General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, December 20, tease that Nathan (Ryan Paevey) will demand some answers from Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). He noticed something was off about the records Dr. O offered, so he’ll accuse her of lying about his father. You can bet that Dr. Obrecht will dance around the truth, but she won’t be able to keep her secret indefinitely.
Maxie (Kirsten Storms) will worry about this mess, but Felicia (Kristen Wagner) will do her best to offer reassurance. She’ll probably suggest that Maxie’s going to have a happy, healthy baby and that’s all that matters. Meanwhile, Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) pregnancy will cause more drama. Michael (Chad Duell) will insist that he’s not going to let Nelle live off him.
However, Nelle will get some good news on as well. Since she’s buddies with Ava (Maura West) now, maybe there’ll be a job for her at the gallery. As for Michael, the old softie will likely back down soon enough.
Other General Hospital spoilers say several GH characters will need favors. Laura (Genie Francis) will ask Lulu (Emme Rylan) for help with her nuptials on Wednesday. Lulu will certainly do everything she can to make this day special. Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) will need Dante’s (Dominic Zamprogna) assistance, too. It takes a village to put a wedding together!
Elsewhere, Ned (Wally Kurth) will run into Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). He may want some legal advice since Quartermaines are popping up all over the place. Ned’s been on edge about the redistribution plan and the impending ELQ chaos, but he’ll settle down eventually.
Alexis will also face Molly’s (Haley Pullos) wrath in Wednesday’s episode. This fight will most likely involve Julian (William deVry). Perhaps Molly will think Alexis is keeping Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva) at a distance so she can reunite with Julian down the road. She’d much rather see Alexis with the good doc than someone who’s hurt her.
Across town, Julian will have a fierce faceoff with Griffin (Matt Cohen). Ava will try to help them make peace, but Griffin won’t think that’s possible. He won’t understand how Ava expects him to play nice with the man who murdered his father.
Ava will have a mess on her hands as she deals with all this conflict. Fortunately, it looks like Griffin will agree to tolerate Julian by the end of the week. Most relationships come with sacrifices, so putting up with Julian is just something Griffin will have to do.
