Gwyneth Paltrow dominates the wellness industry. She successfully built up her lifestyle brand, Goop. The actress admits that she likes to smoke every so often. Gwyneth Paltrow is the type of woman who will also chug back a beer. She just doesn’t want everyone to know about it.
She revealed in a 2013 Harper’s Bazaar cover story that she likes to light up a cigarette every now and then. Gwyneth Paltrow said that her favorite brand is American Spirit and “that I smoke every once a week, on Saturday night.” Despite being on a strict diet, Gwyneth Paltrow told Leandra Medine of the famous fashion blog, the Man Repeller that she sometimes indulges in junk food and alcohol.
She says that she’ll eat healthy when she can. She also will eat fresh fruit and vegetables from local businesses when she has the chance to. Gwyneth Paltrow tries to not to eat processed foods and sugars. Sometimes, she does have a craving for “a bag of Doritos and a beer in an airport.” She also admitted that she drinks a lot. Gwyneth Paltrow makes sure she doesn’t look hungover the next day by using her own skin care products. She swears by them.
Gwyneth Paltrow’s chef admits the actress practically eats nothing. She tends to stay on her strict gluten-free and dairy-free diet when she’s not traveling. Kate McAloon, the star’s personal chef, told you that Gwyneth Paltrow’s diet is as crazy as you would think. She was first employed by the actress when she was married to Chris Martin in 2008. When she heard about their diet restrictions, she was shocked, according to The Independent.
She told the British newspaper that Gwyneth Paltrow and Martin “eat nothing, they are very strict.” She says they avoid sugars, dairy, and sweets. All they want to eat is vegetables most of the time. McAloon couldn’t work for Gwyneth Paltrow because she had a hard time cooking for her strict diet requirements. She ended up using ingredients that were “banned” on the list. She wanted to put more flavor in the couple’s meals. The funny thing is the couple never noticed and praised her for her cooking.
Gwyneth Paltrow was slammed for sharing more crazy wellness advice on her website, Goop. She recommended that her readers should walk barefoot to cure their insomnia and depression. She also suggested drinking juiced kale and using yoni crystals.
