Jennifer Garner is spending a little time away from her family. But, it’s not because she needs the space. Instead, she’s working on a new film called ‘Simon vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda’ in Atlanta, Georgia, while her husband Ben Affleck is at home with their three kids in L.A. Ben announced last week that he recently completed treatment for alcohol addiction.
Eyewitnesses say that Jennifer looked rather happy on the set of her new movie. That might be because she’s been working so hard to keep her marital issues well hidden from the press. Now that the truth about Ben’s alcohol addiction is out, she can breathe a sigh of relief.
In fact, many fans were surprised to hear that Ben secretly sought treatment for his alcohol addiction. He even shared a message on his Facebook post to his fans and said, “I’m lucky to have the love of my family and friends, including my co-parent, Jen, who has supported me and cared for our kids as I’ve done the work I set out to do.”
So does this mean that Ben sees Jennifer more as a co-parent than his wife? That might be the case. At this point, no one knows what Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck’s next step will be. Many believe one of the reasons why Jennifer hasn’t pulled the plug on their marriage just yet is because she wanted Ben to go to rehab without any divorce drama. But, now that his rehab stint is over, is she planning on filing her divorce papers anytime soon? Or will they continue to be together, but separated?
Ben needs Jennifer the most right now, especially since he’s back on his feet. Some are even saying that the separation might be a good trial for them, with Ben back at home in L.A. with their three kids and Jennifer in Atlanta. A lot of fans also can’t help but wonder if Jennifer is helping Ben for the sake of their three kids or if she might still truly love him. The truth will come out one way or another.
