Kate Middleton is once again in crisis mode. Everyone is talking about a new video of her husband Prince William showing off some rather bizarre dance moves during what looked like a wild night out in Switzerland on Tuesday, March 14th.
Eyewitnesses say that Prince William looked ‘worse for wear’ while busting some major dorky dad moves while drunk to a number of 90’s hits at a Swiss nightclub. Earlier in the day, William was spotted drinking beer, wine and Jagerbomb shots with his friends at a posh resort in Verbier, Switzerland.
According to the Sun, one insider said, “William was having a great time but, unfortunately, it was quite cringe worthy. I’m afraid to say it was real dad dancing. William was on a lads’ night out and just enjoying being one of the boys. He and his mates spent the first few hours sitting, drinking and chatting then, in the early hours, got on the dance floor. It was very funny.”
Of course, the last thing Kate Middleton wants to see is an embarrassing video of her husband’s awkward dance moves go viral. Yet, that’s exactly what happened to William. If that weren’t enough, the Duke of Cambridge was also spotted chatting it up with Australian model Sophie Turner on the slopes on Monday.
Clearly, the Future King of England is having the time of his life during his ski getaway. He’s also making it no secret that he would rather hang out with his mates than the royal family. The Prince skipped out on Commonwealth Day services at Westminster Abbey on Monday.
Still, a lot of royal observers can’t help but wonder why Kate Middleton stayed behind with the couple’s two young children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. William is going to have a lot of explaining to do when he returns to London, sure enough. Plus, Queen Elizabeth won’t be too pleased when she hears about William’s drunk dancing.
It’s not surprising that Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the video.
