Is Kate Middleton struggling to keep her children Prince George and Princess Charlotte in line? That’s what a new report says as even the Duchess herself admitted that there’s a huge sibling rivalry between George and Charlotte.
According to the Daily Mail, British marathon runner Paula Radcliffe said that the Duchess recently spoke to her about her children. Kate admitted that both Prince George and Princess Charlotte are fiercely competitive with one another.
Many royal observers can’t help but wonder why 3-year-old George and 21-month-old Charlotte are finding it difficult to get along with each other. Could it be because they are not getting enough attention from their parents, Prince William and Kate Middleton? Or is Kate’s laid-back approach to parenting backfiring on her? That’s what fans want to know.
Prince George has already had several meltdowns in public. He refused to shake hands with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau during William and Kate’s trip to Canada in 2016. He also had a major melt down during a royal engagement at the Royal International Air Tattoo in Gloucestershire that same year. Both William and Kate had a difficult time controlling their son during his tantrum in front of the public and media.
Then again, the Duchess also has a full-time nanny and staff to help her around the clock. But even Prince William knows that both Prince George and Princess Charlotte are a lot to handle. Back in 2016 he admitted that they were far too spoiled with too many presents. He also said that Prince George is full of energy and that he keeps everyone around him on his toes.
Then again, Prince George is a boisterous toddler just like many little boys his age. One insider close to the situation told the Globe and Mail that little George slams doors, takes toys from other kids and makes life hell for his royal staffers. Many believe that this might just be another toddler stage while others say that Kate Middleton needs to do a better job of setting rules and boundaries for her son.
