Khloe had to get a new license and everything after she divorced Lamar. But she hadn’t been upset about reverting to her maiden name. Khloe was just happy to be a Kardashian again because she had wanted to put the past behind her. So Khloe had wanted the same for Kourtney. Kourtney had been in off-again and on-again with Scott for years and they had three children together, however, Kourtney was ready to move on and Scott wouldn’t let her. He would tell Kourtney and her sisters that it was ok that they weren’t in a relationship and then turn around with threats.
Scott had threatened to beat up a guy Kourtney had merely gone out to dinner with. But everyone told him that wasn’t ok and he had looked apologetic right up to his next mistake. So Scott doesn’t seem to care about Kourtney’s feelings on the matter. She was ready to move on and start dating again much like how he enjoyed his newfound singleness yet he doesn’t want her to have that same experience and has been trying to get back together with sneaky methods. Like when he asks her to go on a family vacation with him and the kids or when he tries to move back in with Kourtney!
But Scott always uses the same excuse. He would say that it could help the kids and that they could look after them together. So while that may have worked at first with Kourtney, she was over it now and so that’s when Scott started threatening her. He had found out that she was going out of town and had threatened again to beat up the guy she was hanging out with, but Scott had also told Kourtney to watch her back as if he was threatening to harm her or have someone else do it. And so that had angered Khloe.
Khloe didn’t think anyone should be allowed to talk to her sister like that. But Khloe had tried calling him and he refused to answer any of their calls. He later said in his confessional that Kourtney had announced what she was doing a bit condescendingly and that had riled him up though there was never mention of threats because all he could say was that he was little upset. Scott and Kourtney have been living separate lives for the longest time and it didn’t hit him that things were fully over until he learned she was interested in someone else.
Scott said things felt final now and he also mentioned that he and his friends might bump into her when she’s hanging out. But Scott ended up taking Khloe’s call and he tried to say that he was part joking/ part serious. So he gave a crap excuse and Khloe called him out for it, however, Khloe had started to see a change in Kourtney and wasn’t worried about her sister so much. Kourtney had gone with Kim and Khloe to Planned Parenthood because Kim had wanted to find out more about the organization once she heard the government was trying to pull funding and they had taken a class.
