Khloe Kardashian is talking about her diet – again. Not a day goes by when the Keeping Up the Kardashians star doesn’t talk about her “Revenge Body,” her workouts, or her diet. Now, Khloe is revealing how much she eats in a day and it doesn’t look pretty. She has talked about her “Revenge Body” on her personal website and app. She even has a show and book based on it. Khloe’s nutritionist, Dr. Philip Goglia, broke down her daily diet to Healthista.
According to Dr. Goglia, Khloe Kardashian eats seven meals a day. But, it’s not what you think. Some of those meals include snack meals. She also makes sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables in her daily meals. For breakfast, Khloe Kardashian will add one scoop of whey protein powder with one tablespoon of almond butter. Then, she will add some fruit and blend it all together with ice and water into a shake.
When it comes to her second meal, Khloe will settle for just fruit. By the time meal three rolls around, she will eat chicken breast with vegetables and salad with spinach or beet root. Khloe’s meal four only includes a cup of celery or one cup of tomatoes with 12 almonds on the side.
For her fifth meal, she will eat one cup of celery or tomatoes with an egg. For the sixth meal, she will eat fish with vegetables and salad on the side. And for her last meal, Khloe will eat just a piece of fruit.
Notice that this Kardashian doesn’t have a lot of protein on her daily diet. She also doesn’t make room for dessert or even grains, for that matter. Some are concerned about Khloe’s diet. Fans think she’s not getting enough calories per day. Others think she’s literally starving herself to look perfect at all times.
The reality star has been open about her “extreme diet” in the past. She told Harper’s Bazaar that she’s committed to her workouts. She refers to herself as “competitive” and “a sweater.” She doesn’t want anyone to mess up her intense workout sessions. Khloe often takes to her social media accounts to lift heavy weights and to share some selfies, of course.
She has revealed her daily workout routines with celebrity personal trainer Gunnar Peterson in the past. She credited the trainer for helping her go from a size 12 to a size 6 following her split from Lamar Odom. Khloe Kardashian has always been the “ugly duckling” of the Kardashian family, which also did not help. She also suffered an eating disorder in the past. But, this latest diet is just taking it too far.
