In an election that would shock absolutely no one, Kim Kardashian is apparently the number one celebrity that the general public finds annoying. Yes, everyone’s ‘favorite’ reality star was voted the most annoying celebrity!
On a recent episode of the game show, “Family Feud”, host Steve Harvey asked, “Who is the most annoying celebrity that you wish would just go away?” The contestant’s guess was no other than “Keeping Up With the Kardashian” star Kim Kardashian. When it was revealed that she was the number one answer, the audience applauded and cheered loudly in agreement.
So what was Kim’s response? Well, it didn’t seem to bother the reality star, she actually showed the episode (or rather the part that had to do with her) on her Snapchat. Actually, the attention hungry Kim was probably thrilled to be mentioned at all.
As a matter of fact, this isn’t the first time viewers have voted her “annoying”. Back in 2011, shortly before her short-lived marriage to NBA player, Kris Humphries, a Parade magazine pop culture poll also found her at the top of their most irritating celeb list.
With her absolute absence of talent, as well as her and her family’s constant need for publicity, it is easy to see why the public is so tired of Kim Kardashian. It also doesn’t help that she is married to the equally egotistical and obnoxious rapper, Kanye West, who has feuded with almost everyone he has come into contact with in the entertainment industry, including music’s most powerful couple and former friends, Jay Z and Beyonce.
While Kim is of course quick to refute any claims that her popularity is wavering, there are signs that the Kardashian reign is over. Although Mrs. Kardashian-West took to social media not long ago to brag about her 100 million Instagram followers, she failed to mention that she lost 100,000 followers overnight when it was revealed that she has been airbrushing her IG photos.
The ratings for “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” keep declining and with more brands choosing little sister, Kylie Jenner to be their spokeswoman, not Kim, it is only a matter of time before Kim fades away. Once you hit a certain age in Hollywood, it is hard to stay relevant, but without any talent at all, it becomes virtually impossible to hang on to fame. Come back to CDL for more Kim Kardashian news!
