Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry split nearly three months ago and it is clear that he has moved on. The “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor has been seen out on the town with different brunette beauties, including “The Vampire Diaries” Nina Dobrev.
Just last week, Orlando had to apologize after a one-night hookup with a waitress at London’s iconic Chiltern Firehouse, resulted in the waitress getting fired from her job. But has the actor moved on to one of Katy’s best friends?
Speculation started when The Daily Mail posted pics of Orlando enjoying a day at the beach with his son and a mystery woman who bore a resemblance to Katy’s friend, DJ Mia Moretti.
Fans that follow the DJ on social media were also quick to point out that Mia posted images of herself wearing the same bikini as Orlando’s mystery woman. Mia and Orlando also posted pics of the same stretch of the Pacific Coast Highway.
Katy and Mia have been best friends for years. There is even speculation that the DJ inspired Katy’s songs, “International Smile”, and “I Kissed a Girl”. Mia even made an appearance in the video for the hit song, as well as the video for “Teenage Dreams.”
Mia has worked as a DJ for the singer and often shows up on Katy’s social media. She also accompanies Katy to parties. Even when Katy and Orlando were dating, Mia would often tag along with the duo.
Of course it is possible that while Katy and Orlando were dating, Mia and Orlando bonded as well and if in fact Mia was the mystery woman on the beach with Orlando, perhaps it was nothing more than two friends who wanted to spend a fun day at the beach. But if the two are interested in each other in more than a friendly way, it could make things awkward for the long-time friends.
Whoever the mystery woman was, she definitely has Katy’s quirky sense of style. She wore an elaborate turban and high-wasted bikini bottoms similar to ones Katy wears when at the beach.
