Kate Middleton’s brother James and his on-again, off-again girlfriend Donna Air are back together and Pippa Middleton is not too pleased. James might finally be ready to propose to Donna. And if that happens, that means the Middletons will be planning two major weddings this year.
Pippa Middleton has been waiting to get married for many long years. After several failed relationships, banker James Matthews finally proposed to her. Now the couple is getting ready to tie the knot in what many believe will be the social event of the year. The last thing Pippa wants is for James to steal her spotlight right now.
But for James and Donna, many friends say that the couple are now stronger than ever. The couple broke up right before Donna left for Austria to spend time at exclusive retreat to take care of her personal issues. She was diagnosed with stress after she separated from James. The two have managed to work on their issues with James determined to make their romance work once and for all. After their four-month relationship sabbatical, James realizes just how much Donna means to him.
Of course, James Middleton and Donna Air aren’t the only couple that might ruin Pippa’s wedding plans. For months now reports have indicated that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are planning their royal wedding this year as well. So far, Harry has not popped the all-important question to Meghan, but many insiders believe that it’s going to happen sooner rather than later. And when he does, everyone is going to be talking about Harry and Meghan’s big day. After all, it will be just as big as Prince William and Kate Middleton’s royal wedding from 2011. And if that happens, Pippa won’t be able to call her wedding the big social event of the year anymore.
So far James hasn’t made any indications that he plans on proposing to Donna. But, considering how long they’ve been together, many friends and family members believe that they’ll end up together one way or another. Still, Pippa wouldn’t be too pleased if he did propose to her now, especially since her wedding day is only a few months away. Do you agree?
