Tonight on FOX in the next chapter of their popular drama Prison Break a new Tuesday, April 18, 2017, episode and we have your Prison Break recap below. On tonight’s Prison break season 5 episode 3 called, “The Liar,” as per the FOX synopsis, “When T-Bag ambushes Sara, he warns her that two of Poseidon’s henchmen, Van Gogh and A&W, may be following her. Meanwhile, Lincoln (Dominic Purcell) attempts to retrieve his confiscated passport to escape Yemen; and Michael (Wentworth Miller) plans his next move.”

Lincoln offers some of the kids tic tacs. Sheba is reading calligraphy, the letter from his brother. She thinks that he is trying to relay a location. She needs to get out of there. Lincoln offers to pay for all the kids to get out of the country.
Michael reassures his Whip that they are getting out in 9 hours.
Sheba stands outside with Lincoln and the others as they make their way into an auto shop. They find passports, an escape route and photos of four men. Who are they really breaking out? They aren’t sure.
Within the prison, the guards gather up what they call deviants, homosexual men. They find one and hang him. Michael tells the man to let him go. When he doesn’t Michael moves forward to save him, shots fire.
Sara is on camera getting a note from her son. She is being watched. T-Bag gets her in the ladies room. He knows about Daniel. Her ex-husband is alive and he wants something. She threatens him before leaving the bathroom. She looks at her phone, it is being hacked.
Whip is told by another prisoner that he too was offered the opportunity to escape. But he wouldn’t do it and he shouldn’t either. Michael is just using him.
Lincoln gets two passports for him and Michael. Yemen is collapsing. They plan to get out tonight. They will kill the lights to the prison, get Michael and run.
Michael reassures Whip that they are in this together. They stage a fight so Michael can grab something off of one off the guards.
Sheba takes Lincoln to get the passports. They want money first, she demands the passports. He hands them to her as she turns over the cash. Lincoln checks, they are empty.
The guys are brought into their cell. Michael apologizes to Whip for hitting him. He explains that they are leaving Ramal behind. The guard comes in and asks Michael where his watch is. Michael plays dumb. The guards rip the cell apart. They don’t find it. Chaos breaks out. Michael gives Whip the rundown of what their plan is.
Lincoln comes to on the floor. He has been locked inside a room. Sheba is being held in a chair and beaten by a man she went to grade school with. He wants to know who Lincoln is.
The owner of the cell phone store is paid a visit by a man and woman. Sara watches from another store front. She baited them. They try to chase her down. She climbs to the rooftop and jumps into a garbage bin being driven away.
Jacob and Sara arrive at his parents. The cell phone owner calls Sara, she hacked her own phone. Someone used her thumb print. She confronts Jacob. He can help her.
Sara calls T-Bag. She has learned some things about who they are both looking for. She tells him to talk to Bull and find out everything he can.
Whip tells Michael that he is like a brother to him. They have each other’s back. He asks Michael if something happen to him in solitary. He wants to know more about Ramal. Michael tells him that Ramal is out of the picture. Whip wants to know what Michael whispered to Ramal.
Ramal tells his crew that they are all getting out. Their cell is searched. They find the watch.
The electricity is powered down. The prison goes black. Michael opens the vent in his cell. Ramal and his guys make their way to Michael’s cell. Michael climbs up. The guards get flashlights. They are told to shoot to kill.
Sheba is on the floor. She fights back. Lincoln gets free. He beats the man. He runs to Sheba. He calls to the team to go be there for Michael. Sheba is bad shape.
Whip gets through the ceiling. The guards are close. Michael makes it on the roof. Whip is with him. The guards stop Ramal by gun point. Michael and Whip are caught by the guards and brought back inside. Michael videos a message to Sara. He loves her. His phone goes dead.
