Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs’ wedding might be on hold indefinitely. A lot of the couple’s fans can’t help but wonder why they haven’t gotten married yet, considering that they’ve been together for several years now.
It looks like it might be Robert who is delaying the couple’s wedding plans. Last November, he refused to make any comments about his future with FKA Twigs. When he was asked by People Magazine directly about his wedding, he answered with, “Planning what now?”
FKA Twigs has remained rather quiet about their marriage plans as well. She was spotted with Robert was during the red carpet premiere of ‘Lost City of Z’ back last February and during a birthday get together with friends in May. FKA Twigs also accompanied Robert Pattinson to Cannes, but only for a short couple of days. Eyewitnesses couldn’t help but notice that Twigs looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there with Robert, even though he received a standing ovation after the screening of his new film, ‘Good Time.’
Last summer reports indicated that Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs were taking a break from their relationship. No one knew what was going on as Robert and Twigs refused to make any public appearances together. The couple has blamed their hectic work schedules as the reason why they are rarely seen with one another.
But some fans believe that something else might be keeping them apart. Robert has made it no secret that he would love to some day start a family and have children of his own. FKA Twigs might have other plans in mind or simply might not be ready for babies right now.
If they don’t start planning their wedding soon, there’s a strong possibility that it will never happen. They’ve been together for several years now yet something is stopping them from making their relationship official. Either Robert doesn’t want to make the same past mistakes he made with Kristen Stewart or Twigs has her doubts about their future together.
