There have been rumors plaguing her for years. Now that she’s been dating Joe Jonas, some of those rumors have resurfaced.
Sophie Turner has been the center of drug rumors for years. The drug rumors swirled earlier this year when Sophie liked a series of Instagram posts that joked about cocaine. Those screenshots were shared on Oh No They Didn’t and fueled speculation over her alleged drug habits.
The actress who plays Sansa Stark on the HBO series is far from boring, according to celebrity gossip blog, I Don’t Like You That Way. She has kept her alleged party habits out of the tabloids. Sophie is believed to often visits various college parties over the UK. She even keeps her rumored partying and drug habits a secret from her family.
Turner has also fallen under scrutiny for some choice words on a social media video, some fans assumed that Sophie was a racist. She made an appearance in a Snapchat video that circulated on social media last month. In the video, she was seen hanging out with Joe Jonas and a personal trainer.
Fans accused the British actress of using the n-word. Some heard the n-word, and they took to social media to attack Turner, reports MovieFone. She claims that she did not use the n-word, but another crude phrase. Turner made it clear that she is not a racist despite what fans think. Other fans were shocked to find out that she’s dating a Jonas brother.
Turner finally opened up about their relationship in a new interview. The actress spoke to InStyle about the DNCE front man. Sophie says dating Joe Jonas is easy since he understands how the entertainment industry works. She could never see herself dating someone who is not famous since they wouldn’t understand her career. Not to mention, it would be hard to see that person all the time.
Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas were first linked in November 2016, a year after he dated model Gigi Hadid. They met at a friend’s wedding in Malibu, and have been on a series of dates since.
