Teresa Giudice Writing Another Book: Cashing In On Jail Time To Pay Off Creditors

“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice has been coping with a lot the past three years. She and her husband Joe Giudice plead guilty to charges of fraud, she spent almost a year in jail and she is a single mother to four girls while Joe does his own prison sentence. Teresa is a strong woman who takes what life gives her and turns it around.

Teresa wrote a book detailing her time behind bars. “Turning the Tables” became a best seller on the New York Times book list. Teresa wrote the book to make money to pay off her creditors but it was also cathartic for her. “People” is reporting Teresa will release another memoir this fall called “Standing Strong.”

The table flipping mom from New Jersey told “People” “This has been a very difficult year for me, with losing my mother and having my husband in prison. I found that writing this book and talking about everything I was going through was very therapeutic for me. Writing this particular book has been very emotional and personal for me as I am going to depths that I have never gone to in previous books.”

On her reality show Teresa was sometimes portrayed as not being a deep person.  A woman whose motto is “Love Love Love” when haters come for her does not come to this realization without serious reflection. “Standing Strong” will show Tre has a vulnerable side to her that we rarely see on Real Housewives of New Jersey.

“Standing Strong” will detail happy times as well as Teresa’s struggles. She spent her 45th birthday with her girls (Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana), her younger brother Joe Gorga and her sister in law Melissa Gorga. Tre opened a restaurant with Joe and Melissa earlier this month. The new eatery is called Gorga’s Homemade Pizza and Pasta. The menu is based on Teresa and Joe’s mom’s recipes.

Teresa Giudice’s girls have also met milestones this year. Gia turned sweet sixteen, learned to drive and made her confirmation. Audriana made her First Holy Communion.
