The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) will reconsider taking Bill (Don Diamont) back. She’s been giving herself time and space since taking off her rings and telling her husband that their marriage was over.
Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) news was encouraging. She told Brooke that Bill and Liam (Scott Clifton) had unexpectedly forgiven each other and that they and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) were now running Spencer Publications together. Their chat was taking place as Bill and Liam were hotly debating Sky’s revival, but more on that later.
Choosing to leave Bill was difficult. Brooke acknowledged that she still felt drawn to his unique charms and sense of excitement. However, the violence he’d exhibited toward Liam, via the punch to his son’s face, and the order he gave to torch a building were unforgivable.
Brooke’s sense of safety was crushed by the revelations Bill acknowledged. His wife knew that her husband had an edge, but never believed that he was capable of actually committing the acts that took place.
Bill has been relying on hope since Brooke left him. At first he blamed Liam completely. Then, after reflection Bill was willing to take responsibility for his actions. The recent reconciliation with Liam helped to diffuse his anger and also help to generate hope that he’d be able to repair his relationship with Brooke, as he had with his son.
Steffy is hoping that Brooke maintains her stance. A reunion with her dad Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) is preferred over a re-coupling with Bill. In the B&B world Brooke would stay tied to Steffy through marriage in either instance.
The new debate about Sky’s future will likely play into Bill’s hoped-for reconciliation plan. Bill is approaching Liam differently now that they’ve called a truce and has made his son a full partner in Spencer Publications. However, Liam was made to understand that he only has one voting share, rather than having the final call.
Brooke’s feelings about wanting to feel safe with Bill may be affected by this business dispute with Liam. Bill and Wyatt told Liam that they’re just looking to compromise where decision-making is concerned. They’ve agreed to keep many of his corporate changes in place and just want him to see things their way regarding this legacy family edifice Bill wants to build.
Coming dramatic developments that involve the property where Spectra Fashions currently exists will influence Brooke’s opinion. Again, time will play into her decision as she considers taking Bill back.
