The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Eric (John McCook) will soon feel drawn to Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) and become involved with her romantically. Yes, Quinn (Rena Sofer) will be betrayed this time around.
Sheila’s use of James (Ian Buchanan) professional skills will be utilized to aid Eric’s emotional development. Yes, that means he’ll be drugged.
Quinn will find Eric and Sheila in a compromising position. Mrs. Forrester’s utter devastation triggers Eric apologizing to Quinn, while also citing her recent indiscretions with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) during a heated argument.
Ironically Sheila didn’t intend to take residence at the Forrester mansion so soon. But Eric left his watch behind at the hotel where they were both staying.
As viewers recall, Sheila called Eric to inform him that housekeeping gave the watch to her. But B&B fans wondered at the time and still don’t have an answer to the following question: Did Sheila hide, or previously take Eric’s keepsake in order to make that happen.
The side dish in that back-and-forth dialogue between Eric and Sheila was that the watch in question was Stephanie’s (Susan Flannery) one-time gift to Eric. Just imagine what Flannery’s iconic character would be saying and doing about current predicaments if she were still alive.
Possibly Stephanie returns as a ghost to guide Eric, or haunt Sheila? That spirited (get it?) reprisal would be welcomed by all fans of that great actor even though she’s dismissed this option in the past. In a believably written scene, Sheila then went to the Forrester mansion because she didn’t know Eric was calling her from work. Quinn was home alone and mayhem ensued.
Brown and Sofer delivered on a well-orchestrated old-school cat fight. Sheila and Quinn used the Forrester’s living room to engage in open combat. At first it seemed that Sheila had choked off Quinn with a fireplace poker. But Quinn was playing possum, rose, picked up a tablet, thereby adding topical flair and hit Sheila on the head, which rendered her unconscious, or so viewers were told. No one ever really knows with Miss Carter.
Sheila did gain a concussion and wasn’t faking in this instance. Of course she quickly played the victim card and has milked a few days of recovery time in the Forrester’s home. Eric subsequently called James for his medical assistance because the original doctor that saw Sheila was out of town. Did she have that man abducted somehow?
James accepted Eric’s request not knowing that Mary (Courtnee Draper) had been in touch with Brown’s character. Sheila was told of James’ addiction to pain-killers and was lying in wait. Sheila then forced James to go along with her scheme to remain at the mansion for what she hopes is forever.
That will lead to Eric being drugged as part of the next stage in this great daytime villain’s plan. CDL is a leading source for everything linked to The Bold and the Beautiful. Check back regularly for B&B spoilers and news!
