The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Thursday, January 5, tease that Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) just won’t be convinced that Quinn (Rena Sofer) is going to do the right thing. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) is stirring up plenty of temptation and Ivy will wonder if Quinn can handle it. It could be tough if the attraction proves too strong.
Quinn will insist that she hasn’t betrayed Eric (John McCook) and she never will. She’ll maintain that she’s finally found a man who loves and respects her. Quinn will assure Ivy that she’s won’t throw that away. Ivy will instruct Quinn to be completely honest about her feelings. She’ll try to figure out where things truly stand between Ridge and Quinn.
Thursday’s B&B preview video shows Ivy saying, “Look me in the eyes and tell me that you have no desire for Ridge.” The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint that Quinn may have trouble doing that. She’ll probably admit that there’s some sexual tension and she’s having a hard time ignoring it.
Nevertheless, Quinn intends keeping her promise. She plans to remain loyal to Eric no matter what, but we’ll have to see how that goes. Meanwhile, Liam (Scott Clifton) will certainly wish he had a little more loyalty in his relationship. He feels like Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is turning her back on him.
Steffy will remind Liam that everything will return to normal after the divorce is final. She’ll reiterate that this arrangement is only temporary. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam still won’t like it. He’ll wish Steffy would realize that Quinn is behind all of this. He hates the fact that Steffy is letting herself be manipulated.
At the mansion, Eric will offer encouragement to Wyatt (Darin Brooks). He’ll sense that Steffy is starting to drift from Liam. Eric will believe Steffy and Wyatt’s reunion is just around the corner. The preview clip shows Eric declaring, “I hope the two of you find the same love and commitment that I’ve been blessed to find with Quinn.”
Later, Ridge will drop by to talk some sense into Eric. He’s tried this tactic countless times, but that won’t stop him from trying again. Ridge will want Eric to see the harsh reality of what he unleashed on the Forresters. He’ll rant about Quinn and the need for major changes.
Ridge will urge Eric to let him step up as CEO. He still won’t think Steffy is the best fit. Naturally, B&B spoilers say Eric won’t budge. Ridge will believe he has no choice but to continue his plot. We’ll give you updates as other news comes in.
