The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Wyatt (Darin Brooks) is the next offspring who will be in Bill’s (Don Diamont) cross hairs. Liam’s (Scott Clifton) obsession with Sally (Courtney Hope) may have cost him his marriage. But Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) move to Bill will cause a shift in focus.
Wyatt and Katie (Heather Tom) have been an item for a number of months. Hardcore B&B fans recall when Bill and Katie were married and that they had a child together.
Quinn’s (Rena Sofer) wild reaction after catching her son and Katie together in bed harkened back to other storylines. Quinn laid her hands on Katie, which was termed assault by Tom’s character. Suffice it to say, these women don’t like each other and never will.
Mrs. Forrester claimed that Katie is so much older than her son, yet she’s seemingly half Eric’s (John McCook) age. Ah well, hypocrisy is part of the soapy condition.
Daytime drama also promotes legality as the first choice for all problem-solving. In this fictional Los Angeles setting and in modern society, conflict resolution is best solved by lawyers, right? No, not most of the time.
Now, as to Wyatt. Watie was nearly caught by Bill in his office last week. Katie quickly played it off as having concern about her former husband’s well-being after the Spectra Fashion’s building explosion and rescue. Bill bought it, as B&B is holding this reveal for the time being.
Wyatt is right to be concerned about how his dad will react when he learns that Katie is apparently his significant other. These characters are well-matched, but the ever-controlling Dollar Bill will surely disagree.
Back to Liam for the moment. He’s really stepped in it; telling Steffy that Sally kissed him in the rubble might have bought if he hadn’t kept blabbering. Liam added that he kissed Sally back and that Hope’s character said she loved him.
Idealistic Liam felt compelled to spill his guts to Steffy. He believed she would be upset, but that his honesty would be seen as just. Goof. We all saw how Liam’s quixotic honesty paid off… for Bill!
If Wyatt and Katie are smart they won’t follow in Liam’s footsteps. Purging their souls to Bill wouldn’t earn any props. Possibly, if they wait until Sky begins to rise he would be sufficiently distracted? Uh, no.
It will never be a good time for Watie to tell Bill. But this cute couple will realize that they must face Dollar Bill’s wrath, unless he’s told this information by someone else in passing, or on purpose.
