The show opens with a woman running after her brother trying to keep him from leaving. He insists that his father would want him to do what he is doing. It will protect the family. A man pushes her into a wall and the teenage boy gets into a car and they drive away. She runs back into the house and calls Hamid for help. She leaves him a message begging for help. She says her brother is going to be forced to blow himself up.
The team is shown working out and then eating breakfast. Amir makes everyone breakfast and tells them about his life growing up. A call comes in from director Campbell for Amir. She tells him of a call that was received from the woman. It came from Paris and the team has less than 24 hours to find the boy before the attack takes place. Both Hannah and Juice question the authenticity of the call but Amir is sure it is true. He is willing to go back undercover to save the boy and other innocent people’s lives.
The team wants Amir to wear a wire but he refuses. There just isn’t enough time. Amir finds the girl who made the call in Paris while Juice and Mike wait outside in the car. She doesn’t when the attack is supposed to take place but the man who took her brother is in the club right now. She describes him to Amir. Amir goes to the man and says he took the boy without his permission. The man says he didn’t know he needed his permission. Amir demands he tell him where the boy is being held. Amir says he made a vow to the boy’s father that he would look after his children.
The man agrees to take Amir to the boy. The team follows and realizes that the man is Omar, the leader of the ISIS cell. They arrive at an abandoned warehouse and Omar pulls a gun on Amir. He knows they were followed. Amir is able to talk his way out of it and they drop their guns. Amir is taken to the boy. As they walk toward him Amir sees several men making a bomb. Amir asks the boy if he is making his sacrifice willingly. If he is being forced as his sister claims he will not be a martyr and will not go to heaven. He promises that his sister is wrong. Amir tells him to stay. He is a good boy and will make his family proud. He leaves the boy and goes.
Amir returns to the team and they can’t believe he left the boy. He tells them the boy is just a decoy. He saw not one but two bombs and heard the radio which was turned to the medic’s channel. The cell is planning to set off a small bomb on the boy and then a much larger bomb when the rescue team arrives. Pulling the boy would not have stopped them. They would have just replaced him. The team researches the major events that are scheduled to take place in Paris in the next 24 hours trying to determine the location the terrorists plan to use the bomb.
Juice and Preach keep an eye on the warehouse. Amir returns to the boy’s home searching for something. He questions his sister and she gives him a box. Hannah questions Adam about Amir. She still isn’t sure they can trust him. He promised her they can. Juice and Preach notice activity in the warehouse and decide to go in to check it out. The terrorists have left through a tunnel as the Paris police come in and arrest both Juice and Preach.
Adam calls the director to tell her about the arrests. She says they are out of leads. Amir convinces the team he needs to go meet with Omar. Omar welcomes him into his home and tells him has found the traitor that sent the police to the warehouse. It is the boy’s sister, Mira. She sits in a chair obviously beaten. Omar sends Jabir out to get the boy. Juice and Preach follow him to a farmer’s market. They realize that is where they plan to set off the bombs. Back at the house, Omar gives Amir a knife and tells him he needs to kill Mira. She has dishonored him. The team moves in and shots the men as Amir stabs Omar. They escape with Mira.
The team begins to search the market trying to see anything out of the ordinary. Juice and Preach watch the boy enter the farmer’s market and keep their rifles trained on him. If he enters the market they will take him out. Amir doesn’t think he will actually go into the market. He stops and turns around. Jabir takes out a manual trigger but Juice kills him before he can push the button. Just then Amir finds a truck in the market that has the second bomb. The team takes down the truck driver and disables the bomb. They leave the market quietly before the Paris police arrive. Amir sends Mira to America and he promises that he will send her brother to join her soon. She thanks him for all of his work but he thanks her for calling. She saved many people’s lives. Hannah apologizes to Amir for not trusting him. He makes her breakfast.
