The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) will face some terrifying moments this week. The trouble will start when Chelsea’s hanging out with Christian (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) and Connor (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois) at the athletic club. It appears she’ll get distracted by Sharon (Sharon Case) and Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) fierce faceoff nearby.
Christian will crawl off when Chelsea looks away, so she’ll scramble to track him down. After a thorough search, it’ll become evident that someone must’ve taken Christian. Chelsea won’t want to even think about the possibility that Christian was kidnapped. Nevertheless, that’s exactly what she has to do. A kid as little as Christian must’ve had some help making a break for it.
Once Nick gets Chelsea’s frantic updates, he’ll hit the roof. Nick will blame Chelsea for losing his boy, but he’ll have to put his anger aside eventually. The Young and the Restless spoilers say they’ll focus on coming together to find Christian. They’ll need to ditch the blame game and solve the problem.
Who will snatch Christian and cause all this chaos? In a new interview with Soap Opera Digest, Mal Young hinted that some familiar characters would be returning in the months ahead. He also suggested that his motto is “I never saw that coming.” If we keep all that in mind, we certainly can’t rule out the idea that Adam Newman will return and swipe Christian.
It’s also worth mentioning that Michael Muhney (ex-Adam) has been silent on Twitter since November 23. Could it be because something big is brewing? Instead of letting Muhney tweet and potentially spoil his comeback, Y&R might’ve requested social media silence. Adam’s homecoming would be huge news and it’d be even better if it was a total surprise.
Nothing’s been confirmed yet, but the possibility is definitely exciting! If Adam scooped up his own son, can you imagine how much drama that would bring? It’d be a great way to reintroduce the character and immediately set up conflict for “Chick.” Chelsea and Nick would have plenty of mayhem to deal with.
