The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nick (Joshua Morrow) will have a fire inside him. He’s certainly been riled over Victor’s (Eric Braeden) actions lately. Nick just can’t take the constant family drama anymore. If Victor hadn’t disowned him, he might’ve voluntarily cut ties. It’s clear that Nick and Victor’s relationship is at its worst.
Y&R spoilers say Victor will likely seek revenge for Nick’s behavior. He expects loyalty from his family members. When Victor doesn’t get it, chaos always ensues. What will Victor do to take Nick down a notch? Will Nick fight back and make things worse? A fierce war could be brewing.
Nick is taking a walk on the wild side, but he’s kidding himself if he thinks he can be as bold as Adam Newman (Justin Hartley). Adam was the only one truly capable of carrying on Victor’s legacy. Nick is trying to be edgy, but that’s just when it comes to Victor. He’s still soft deep down.
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) isn’t much of a rulebreaker either. As for Abby (Melissa Ordway), she’s still learning the ropes. Victor needs someone who has guts and the same kind of mind. In other words, Adam is needed on The Young and the Restless now more than ever. There’s a good chance an Adam recast will be in the works eventually.
Once Adam inevitably returns from the dead, Victor will be overjoyed for two reasons. First, his beloved son will be back. That alone is enough to bring Victor great happiness. However, Victor will also have a worthy successor. In fact, Vic just might team up with Adam to take down Nick.
When Adam finds out Nick is with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), he will be furious. The Young and the Restless fans know that Adam asked Nick to look after his family. Did that really include taking his wife to bed? Regardless, Adam may not like it once he discovers it became a reality.
Adam may be just as upset with Nick as Victor is. This could divide the Newmans in a big way. We can’t forget that Adam is Christian’s (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) biological father. Victor and Adam could make sure that news came out as the first step of their revenge.
After that, who knows what else they might cook up? Adam could take back custody of Christian. He could also help Victor target Nick’s business ventures and drain his bank accounts dry.
