The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Cane (Daniel Goddard) will make it back from his business trip with Colin (Tristan Rogers). After a successful pitch to Jill (Jess Walton), Cane will come home as Chancellor’s acting CEO. Things are looking up in his professional life and they could soon be looking up in his love life as well.
Meanwhile, Juliet (Laur Allen) will run into some trouble. She’s been battling some pain during this high-risk pregnancy, so she won’t be in a good frame of mind. The Young and the Restless spoilers say a fight between Juliet and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will make matters worse. The stress of the situation will leave Juliet dealing with another burst of discomfort.
That’s when Cane will appear. He’ll notice Juliet is struggling, so he’ll make a surprising suggestion. Y&R spoilers say Cane won’t want Juliet to be alone throughout the remainder of her pregnancy. He’ll contend that she should move in with him so he can keep an eye on her. Cane promised to take care of Juliet and that’s exactly what he intends to do.
Juliet will probably argue that she couldn’t possibly impose. She might note that she doesn’t want to cause any more drama for Cane and Lily (Christel Khalil). Of course, Juliet would just be trying to score extra points. She’s been presenting herself as someone kind and considerate, but she’s a manipulator deep down.
Nevertheless, Cane will insist that Lily has no interest in getting back together with him. Despite all Hilary’s (Mishael Morgan) pushing, Cane may not be willing to beg any longer. Lily made her position perfectly clear, so Cane might be ready to move on.
The Young and the Restless fans know Juliet’s pregnancy is Lily’s biggest problem. She doesn’t want a constant reminder of Cane’s mistakes, but he’s not willing to bail on Juliet and their son. As a result, it seems they’ve reached an impasse for the time being.
However, Lily should find herself feeling a little jealous as Cane and Lily grow closer. Will it prompt a change of heart or convince her she made the right decision?
