The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Friday, December 8, tease that Abby (Melissa Ordway) will give Ashley (Eileen Davidson) some helpful advice. When Ashley worries about Dina’s (Marla Adams) rapid decline, Abby will push her mom to take action. She’ll think Ashley needs to spend quality time with Dina and make the most of this opportunity.
Ashley will put business on hold while she goes ice skating with Dina. Afterward, Ash will wonder why Dina picked that as their activity. Dina will remember taking Ashley ice skating as a child once. She’ll suggest that it was a special moment and she wanted to do it all over again.
Ashley won’t recall the memory, but she’ll be touched that Dina does. Later, Dina won’t know what Ashley’s talking about when she brings up their day of skating. Poor Dina! At home, Sharon (Sharon Case) will fret as she looks at a picture of herself with Scott (Daniel Hall). When her own face changes to Abby’s, Sharon will quickly snap out of it.
At Crimson Lights, Nick (Joshua Morrow) will give Sharon updates on the Chancellor Park threat. He’ll mention that Alco is the name of the shell company that’s backing the developers. Sharon will push Scott to seek more info, but he’ll dismiss Nick’s fight as hopeless. Y&R spoilers say that’ll lead to a major confrontation between Scott and Sharon.
After Scott storms out, Sharon will confide in Mariah (Camryn Grimes). She’ll fear that asking Scott to move in was a mistake. Mariah won’t think Sharon should give up on Scott if she truly cares about him. At Newman Enterprises, Scott will ask Abby if she’s heard anything about Alco. Abby will note that Victor (Eric Braeden) relies on it as an entity for real estate agreements.
Scott will head back to the coffeehouse and apologize for his outburst. He’ll point out that he was able to learn Alco information. Once Scott reveals that Victor is the owner, Sharon will call Nick with the news. She’ll patch things up with Scott and assure Mariah that they’re all good now.
Back at Newman, Nick will barge in and blast Victoria over the park drama. She’ll defend the new development, but Nick will think Victoria’s as cold as Victor is. Their confrontation will be cut short by a phone call. After Nick learns Christian was hurt at the tot gym, he’ll head to the hospital.
Fortunately, Christian will be sent home with a sprain. Nick and Victoria will eventually resume their argument, but they’ll get nowhere. When Victoria refuses to back down, Nick will vow to battle it out with his sister.
Later, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Nick will chat about the kids. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick will be glad they’re raising them as brothers. He’ll suggest that Chelsea’s the only mom Christian will ever recall. Nick will promise to go up against Victor and fight for the children’s future.
It sounds like Nick could stir up big trouble soon. We’ll keep you posted as other Young and the Restless details emerge. Stick with Y&R and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news.
