The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, October 20, tease that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will get updates on Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) upcoming interview. She’ll let Jack (Peter Bergman) know that the plan’s working like a charm. Victoria intends on promoting the over-the-top men’s line on The Hilary (Mishael Morgan) Hour.
Jack will push Phyllis to handle anything else that comes up. He’ll be too worried about Dina (Marla Adams) to focus on business. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack’s private investigator will fail to come up with any leads. Michael (Christian LeBlanc) will promise to do whatever he can to revoke Graham’s (Max Shippee) power of attorney. He’ll hope that everything will be resolved soon.
At Brash and Sassy, Lily (Christel Khalil) will hear The Hilary Hour news. She’ll think Victoria needs to be careful if she’s really going through with this. Later, Y&R spoilers Hilary and Lily will face off at the athletic club’s gym. Lily will offer a stern warning about giving Victoria a fair interview.
Back at the office, Billy (Jason Thompson) will express doubt about the men’s line strategy. Victoria will assume Billy’s just having second thoughts because of his guilt. She’ll assure Billy that copying Jabot’s tactic is the right move. Afterward, Phyllis and Billy will share a dance at Top of the Tower. He’ll contend that he’s not going to let anything jeopardize their relationship.
Victoria will make her way over to the athletic club’s dining room. She’ll get into a fierce argument with Cane (Daniel Goddard) before Juliet (Laur Allen) intervenes. Victoria will snap at both of them and storm out. In her car, Victoria will smash into something. Her airbag will deploy and she’ll lose consciousness.
Back with Cane and Juliet, he’ll notice that she’s dealing with some pain. Cane will grow concerned about Juliet staying alone. He’ll insist that she needs to move in the Chancellor mansion. That way he can watch out for Juliet and keep their baby safe.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say things will be tense between Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks). At The Underground, Mariah will reluctantly join a small celebratory gathering. Devon (Bryton James) and Noah (Robert Adamson) will propose a toast to living the dream.
Once the guys step away, Tessa will set Mariah straight about what she wants. She’ll contend that she likes living with Noah. Tessa will explain that no man has ever treated her as well as Noah does. Marah will call Tessa out for sometimes acting like she doesn’t want a man at all.
Tessa will admit she might’ve led Mariah on, but she’ll think she’s found clarity now. They’ll acknowledge Mariah’s suffering and talk about how they don’t want to see Noah get his heart broken. Tessa will hope that Mariah can understand and choose happiness with Devon.
Of course, that’s not going to happen. Devon and Mariah just aren’t meant to be. Will Tessa have a change of heart down the road? What could spark that shift?
