The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, January 31, tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) will be alarmed by his drunken hookup. When he wakes up in a suite with Gloria (Judith Chapman), Jack will struggle to believe it really happened. Gloria will confirm their passionate disaster by showing off the bite marks on her shoulder.
Jack and Gloria will agree that they should keep this hot encounter a secret. Later, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) will get suspicious when he spots Gloria at the club. He’ll wonder why she isn’t at Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Kevin’s (Greg Rikaart) place. Gloria will contend that Chloe needed a break and it’s none of Michael’s business anyway.
During a chat with Jack, Jill (Jess Walton) will learn he’s about to close a deal with Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman). She’ll be furious that she wasn’t informed about their negotiations. Jill will note that she could’ve ponied up the cash. She’ll storm over to Lauren’s house to confront her.
Lauren will argue that she doesn’t need Jill’s approval for this move. She’ll insist that she’s saving Fenmore’s and that’s a good thing. Jill will shout that Lauren most certainly does need her approval. It looks like Jill could pose a threat to Lauren and Jack’s agreement.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers state that Cane (Daniel Goddard) will be by Lily’s (Christel Khalil) side as she gives Devon (Bryton James) the news of her resignation. Devon will congratulate Lily on the modeling contract and assure her that he can find a replacement at the club. Cane will back Devon up when he promises that they’re behind Lily.
When Devon walks off, Lily will point out that Cane at least pretended to be supportive. She’ll sense that he still has doubts, but he’ll suggest that he only wants her happiness. After Cane gets a text, he’ll realize that Colin (Tristan Rogers) is in Genoa City. Cane will pay his father a visit at the Chancellor mansion.
Colin will mention that he heard about Lily’s contract from Jill. He’ll push Cane to admit that he’s not OK with Lily’s new job. Cane will start shouting about their family having to adjust. Colin will feel like they both married women out of their league. He’ll hint that Cane will get used to Lily’s career eventually.
At Brash and Sassy, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will tell Lily that she’ll be working on Valentine’s Day. They have some events and interviews for her to do. Lily will seem a bit upset, but she’ll let Victoria know she’s on board for whatever they need. Cane and the kids will just have to get by without her.
Victoria will also have a conversation with Billy (Jason Thompson) in Tuesday’s Y&R episode. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy will encourage Victoria to make things right with Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu). Meanwhile, Reed will scold Zoey (Annalisa Cochrane) for making a hateful meme involving Victoria. He’ll insist that his mom has a reputation to protect in the business world.
Zoey and Reed will end up resolving the conflict. He’ll ask if she wants to hang out again. Later, Billy will find Reed and they’ll talk about his recent humiliation. Reed will note that Victoria doesn’t act like she cares about him. He’ll indicate that he’s not willing to forgive her for causing so much embarrassment.
Of course, Reed should come around once Victoria apologizes. He obviously owes her one as well. We’ll give you updates as more details come in.
